Return Policy

Bumbee.co.in is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday and Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies and quick delivery partners only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

1. DISPATCH POLICY

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.

Delivery time frame from the date of dispatch:

Category A: (Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai)- 3 to 5 working days

Category B (Rest of India): 5 to 7 working days

1.1 Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

1.2 Non- availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer’s side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES:

2.1 Prepaid Orders:

 A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 70 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 699/- (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.

For orders equal to or above Rs. 699 (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) free shipping is available at certain locations only. For other locations, additional charges will be applicable.

Please note, these shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order (upon receipt of the order).

The shipping charges can be modified by BumBee at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

Every once in a while, BumBee brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.

2.2 CASH-ON-DELIVERY ORDERS:

All products ordered via Cash-on-Delivery will be confirmed by a phone call prior to the order being processed. Please provide your pin code details to verify if the option of COD is available at your location or not.

All COD orders are shipped within 48 hours or less from the time the order is confirmed. No COD order will be dispatched till a telephonic confirmation is acquired.

COD orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days (for cities falling in category A) because of additional processing time required by our logistics partners. Furthermore, as per the requirement by our shipping partners, an additional Rs. 150 will be levied flat on all COD orders.

Delivery time frame from the date of dispatch:

Category A (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai): 5-7 working days

Category B (Rest of India): 7-10 working days.

None of our products are inclusive of shipping. The total shipping charge will be displayed at the time of the final checkout. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in case of return or exchange.

All our prices are exclusive of GST charges. Relevant GST% will be charged as applicable. The GST charges will be displayed at the time of the final GST is only applicable for orders within India. BumBee is fully GST compliant.

3. RETURN, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS:

3.1 Cancellation Policy

We hope that when you’re buying from BumBee, you never have a reason to second guess your choices. However, if you still wish to cancel your order then we request you to please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by writing to us at customercare@bumbee.co.in

We will give you a refund in the form of store credit on BumBee, which must be availed within 3 months of the credit.

Please note, an order cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

3.2 Returns Policy

BumBee accept return requests within 48 hours of order delivery on all our products except baby goods like teethers, rattles, swaddles, baby balls, blankets, etc. for reasons of hygiene. Books are also not returnable. Return requests placed after 48 hours of order placement are unfortunately non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Return request needs to be submitted by customer in writing to email id customercare@bumbee.co.in with the order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, and the original tags, contents, manual, box & packaging are intact.

3.3 Mode of return/ refund:

In case you receive a damaged, incomplete, incorrect product , please send us an email with the photo of the product received and the Order ID to customercare@bumbee.co.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.  We can offer you replacement or credit.

In case of replacement, we will pick up and replace the product free of cost. In case of credit, we will pick up, post receiving the product and inspection, We will give you a refund in the form of store credit on BumBee, which must be availed within 3 months of the credit.

For any other reason of return, Please write to us at customercare@bumbee.co.in within 48 hrs of receiving the product. Post return approval, We will pick up the order.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will give you a refund in the form of store credit on BumBee, which must be availed within 3 months of the credit.

The reverse shipping option is only available for certain locations. For all the locations, where reverse shipping is not available with BumBee, you are requested to ship the product on your own with 3 days of receiving it to the following address, along with your name and Order ID.

Please Note: Product return and replacement not accepted under following rules :-

• If the Product is washed/damaged/worn/used.
• Part of missing delivered full product, the products must be in their original condition- Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.
• Product belongs to categories like teethers, rattles, swaddles, baby balls, blankets, etc
• Product you return is used, without the original tags, contents, manual, box & packaging.
