Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?
It is not mandatory. You can place your order by just providing your email address. However, it is recommended that you register with us in order to receive timely offers and discounts to maintain your Wishlist and account and address details.
What payment options are available?
We accept online payment via Credit cards (VISA, MASTER, RUPAY and AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARDS) and Debit cards issued in India and through payment facilities of Net Banking.

We accept online payment via wallets and UPI.

We also accept CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) at certain pin codes.

Are there any extra charges for GST?

Our prices are all inclusive, you need not pay anything extra.

How do I place an order?

Navigate to the “SHOP” page on Main header. Check on various sub header options to zoom into your requirements. Click the “add to cart” button to add the desired toy to cart and proceed through checkout.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery time frame from the date of dispatch:

Category A: (Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai)- 3 to 5 working days

Category B (Rest of India): 5 to 7 working days

Are there any refund policy?
We provide a refund in the form of store credit on BumBee, which must be availed within 3 months of the credit.
Where do you ship from?
Our shipping facility is located in New Delhi.
How are the products packaged?
Each of the individual products are securely packaged in bubble wrap and put into a box. The box is sealed well ensuring a safe delivery to your doorstep.
Is my credit card information secure?

All personal and financial information is collected over a secure SSL communication channel with encryption. We are committed to protecting your privacy!

Where do I direct questions, comments, or issues?

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we are not Shipping International. We will start it very soon.
How do I check my order status?
After you place your order, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information. We will mail you the tracking number of your consignment.

What is your return policy?
In case you receive any damage, incomplete, incorrect product, please send us an email with the photo of the product received and the Order Id to customercare@bumbee.co.in within 48 hours we will provide you replacement or credit.

Who pays for the shipping charges?

We provide Free Shipping on all Orders above or equal to Rs. 699/- (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer). For Orders below Rs. 699 (with exclusions as above), shipping charges of Rs. 70 will apply.

On select pincodes and/or on select products, we may apply additional shipping costs irrespective of the order value.

How do I cancel my order/change my address?
You can write to us on customercare@bumbee.co.in or you can WhatsApp us on +91- 9560100810 with the order id within 24 hr of placing the order.

If the order is not dispatched then we shall have it processed accordingly for cancellation.

Please note, an order cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
